"I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"The apartment has a great location, but that´s where it ends. It was supposed to have wifi included, but we had to pay €35 for the week we stayed there. During a heavy rainfall the electrical wires in the bathroom caught on fire resulting in no power in half the apt. We had the washing machine going which stopped working. We feel like we were scammed after paying lots of money to stay there.
