The location was great! Close and walking distance to everything. The walls are very thin and you could hear the other room's conversations and the bathroom could be updated. However the room was comfortable and clean and the staff was nice. I would stay here again.

property was clean and interesting. there is statue of the knight in armor in the front of property. there is also a cat named Pumpkin that is owned by one of the neighbors that was on the property and we got to pet her

Overall we had a great stay at this property! We had a bottom floor room so and no second level ones were available so if you have a preference make sure to specify with them while booking! Regardless, we had a great quiet stay and it was nice having the free/safe space to park the car. The hotel is located a perfect walking distance from downtown and all the other activities we did! Breakfast was very sparse but the waffles were good and it was nice to have a table balcony! Staff was friendly while providing microwave and toothpaste. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Leavenworth!

The hotel is probably very nice, but we stayed in a per friendly room and my suggestion would be to update the floors and sheets ( get rid of carpets and replace the sheets), which were very worn out and yellow. Location was great, staff nice

I got into town early. I stopped by the property to see if maybe I could check in. It was early 11:30 on Feb 11th. they told me most of the maid service was just getting started and my room wasn't ready. They said would try to get it ready by 1:00. I came back at 1:40. They said it'll be another 45 minutes or so maybe. They just really seem like they didn't care

Unfortunately as you were told when you arrived our check out isn't until 11:00 a.m. and we do not guarantee early check in. Early check in is done by first request, alas you were not the first name on the early check in request list or the first to arrive into town for that day. We offered to let you park at the hotel while you went into town and we would call you as soon as the room was clean and ready. Which you declined stating you would just come on by later that day to see if your room was available. However check in time is at 4:00 p.m. and early check in is a luxury that we provide whenever possible. Your room was nonetheless ready for check in at 2:13 p.m. Both the housekeeping staff and the front desk did everything in their power to ensure that your room was available for early check in as you requested at 11:30 a.m. on day of arrival, despite having already a long list of early check in requests for that day. Had a very good experience staying here. The rooms were super clean which was something very different from other places we stayed. The check in was smooth and they have a good lot options for breakfast. Rooms are very spacious with balcony. We had a breathtaking view of the mountain. There are sufficient parking and it's near to leavenworth free parking which is plus. We met the owner of the inn and he shared us quite insights into leavenworth and surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

We left 1 hour after check in because of the conditions. The property was nothing like the ratings. The rooms were dingy, run down and there was hair all over the floor in the bathroom from the previous guests. The accommodations especially the bathroom was completely horrendous.

We had a lovely stay at der Ritterhof. Check in was easy, and they provided us with a pack n play for our daughter to sleep in. The free breakfast was great (love Belgian waffle irons!), and it’s a quick walk to the main street of Leavenworth. We would happily stay here again.

No microwave in room--were told to bring our food to the lobby and use their microwave! We finally talked them into letting us borrow one for the room. Also, we needed 2 blankets since there were none on the bed! They wouldn't bring any to us--we had to go to the office to get them. In addition, the room heater wouldn't work, and the receptionist had to try to fix it by talking on the phone with the maintenance man. We offered to go to another room but she said there were no "one queen bed rooms for 3 nights available." However, there were 3 big buildings and we only saw a very few cars. Their sign wasn't ever lit, and it was hard to find the motel for this reason.

Good morning Sandra & Jim, thank you for choosing to stay with us. You were informed at check-in that the lobby microwave was open 24 hours 7 days a week, and a microwave was available for your room upon request. When you requested the microwave and 2 extra blankets for your room they were promptly provided in the lobby. We are not always able to deliver extra requested items to rooms, especially when we have other guests waiting to check in. As such, when the microwave was requested we were able to take it to your room, but were unable to do so with the blanket. Each of the beds in our rooms are made as follows, mattress bad, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, a blanket, another flat sheet, a bed scarf and 4 pillows with pillow covers and standard pillow cases for each. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the lobby if requested. Unfortunately you booked a room with a single queen bed for 3 nights and we had none left available when you requested to change rooms. Which was why we swiftly fixed the heater in your room instead of switching you out to of that room as we had no other rooms of the type your required available. We are however sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow us to express our sincerest apologies. We hope you find your ideal location on your next visit to Leavenworth. Old, dank, no water pressure, horrible hot/cold water mix. No sheers for privacy Only dark draps closed with no outside light or open with no privacy.
