"Unbelievable experience in a hotel from the 1400s and on the island!"

"Check-in was easy and the room was reasonably clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. The front desk staff member with glasses was curt when this was brought to her attention, although another colleague resolved the issue quickly. At checkout, when asked about my experience, I mentioned that the bed was noisy and uneven. The same staff member appeared to take the comment personally rather than as feedback. A more professional response is generally expected from front desk staff in the hospitality industry, particularly in France."

There was a lot of constituents materials right ousting visible from window and coming into building. Ad on hotel.com website showed a room to a bay view. This wasn’t the case"
