"Good location for Roubaix Velodrome "

"Staff were brilliant, hotel was nice and simple "

"One of the doors accross from our room had police tape on the outside & the area surrounding the hotel seemed unsafe. The air conditioning was not functional & the room had a constant odor. Opening the window helped but not practical for the e tire evening due to road noise. Guests on other floors were disruptive most of night. Additionally towels were limited. The toilet needs to be power washed & bleached as muliple organisms were visibly growing in the bowl. Per night price was doubled for a special event, which is common but not worth the price. Definitely a lower end hotel. After being unable to sleep night 1 due to the above mentioned reasons, we moved hotels. Would only recommend if you are desperate for a room."

"The room was pretty spacious for a 3 bed. The location convenient for those who want to access Tourcoing city centre. If you want to keep your budget low compared to Lille’s prices you can pick it up and commute by metro or tram to Lille city centre, approx 30-35mins ride. We didn’t experience hotels breakfast. "

"The lady managing the property is rude. She’s asking as to wait until 9pm for other customers to checkout. Also, the place is not as good as the photos look."

"Photos a bit misleading as shows back of property when front also has rooms that are right on busy road. Rooms are very dated and pretty poor. The shower pod was grim and so a positive the lighting was so poor you couldn’t see it. Quite dirty and run down. Room next to smoking location which meant smoke just came through poorly sealed door. I’m not picky but this was terrible. I know it’s cheap but comparable properties in this chain are not this terrible. "

"Vieille demeure bien entretenue, bien chauffée et propre. hotel sans ame, Impersonnelle pour manque de contact humain. Le pire , meme au 4 etage , les basses de la discothèque du voisin resonne dans les murs jusque 5 h du matin"
