"Myself & my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Unfortunately the photos on the website do not represent the actual rooms that you get. For some reason, the lovely tiled floors in the photos have since been replaced with a dark red, dirty carpet which instantly makes the room feel unclean. The shower head did not prop up. On arrival the toilet seat had dried up urine all over it. The red carpet had dead flies & many black hairs on it. There was often a very strange loud mystery noise that vibrated...

"Beautiful tranquil villa on a picturesque mountainside. Very clean, open villa with amazing Infinity pool, rainforest showers and dining area. Fantastic view of mountains, tea plantation and rapids. After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude. "
