"Suite rooms ran down to unbearable condition. Bedding and furniture are old and damaged. Electric appliances outdated and damaged. Ceramic tiles very old and cracked. Bedding sheets were not cleaned and had spots on them."

"Staff was great. Friendly, helpful and responsive. Breakfast was very good. Bed was very comfortable. Good location-minutes from town centre and Spiagga di Riaci a short walk from the hotel. Twenty minutes walk to Tropea and street is well lit for walking at night."

"Giovanni was looking for us as we approached the B&B. He speaks some English and we speak some Italian, it was enjoyable. There are 3 rooms here. It is an old building and is well located. Not modern, but comfortable with a beautiful view from the balcony. Perfect place for us to stay within easy walking distance to the center. We were able to park quite close. All in all very good place to stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Cala del Porto Hotel. The staff were exceptional; friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep.
