"The property is beautiful and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We had a little problem with the room heater/air conditioner. Called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance man right away. He determined the problem to be a blown fuze, which he replaced. The total repair took less than 10 minutes. Excellent treatment all around."

"The price was great, Laughlin is great, the hotel is great. Only downside their elevator was out of service and we had to haul a huge suitcase up the stairs. Hopefully thats fixed soon we are already coming down for December, but will need the elevator to work."
