"Here’s a polished, professional review while keeping your voice and tone: I’ve been staying at Sheraton Suites since the 1990s, and one thing I can always count on is the cleanliness of the property and its central, convenient location. Over the years, it has been a reliable place to stay. However, I must say that since the recent renovations, some changes have been less than favorable. The addition of a $12 per night parking fee and an $8 charge for receiving packages feels excessive and takes away from the overall guest experience. During this stay, I was placed at the very end of a long corridor, which made for quite an inconvenient and unpleasant walk—especially compared to previous visits. That said, I do want to highlight that the front desk personnel during this visit were excellent—very professional, welcoming, and helpful. In fact, they stood out even more than my last stay in October 2025. Overall, while the hotel still maintains its cleanliness and prime location, I hope management will reconsider some of these new charges and guest experience decisions moving forward."

"The room we were put in was dirty had roaches and the tub and sink had hair and were dirty as well, one of the beds were broken, the tiki bar wasn’t even open, the smoke detector in the room was going off the whole time. As far as staff goes they were not helpful they told me I couldn’t get a refund or switch rooms, some were rude when we asked for clean towels because the ones we had were stained and had pubic hair and they told us “we have to be considerate of other guest we just got there so we shouldn’t need new towels” and didn’t change the towels, also didn’t change the bed sheets that were dirty and had burn marks. My fiancé usually brings his own tv on trips because we have had issues in the past connecting the game to hotel tvs (he streams) I’m glad he decided to bring it this time as there was no tv in the room, I’m not proud of the fact that we had to get roaches off his game and tv. I couldn’t do the complete stay we ended up just leaving and cutting the trip short I was very uncomfortable, people would knock on our doors at all times and run and then smoke in their rooms which filled the hallways with smoke and a terrible smell. Oh and the hotel is connected to a night club that stays open until 5am so if I try to go anywhere after 10pm expect to spend and hour trying to find parking. And expect for people to fill the halls and for it to be loud "

"Not clean. Not as shown in the pictures . If your flight is delayed and you need a place to stay , don’t make the mistake we made by staying here , especially with family. As soon as you walk in, the parking lot smelled of weed. Once you come out of your lift, you’re in a strange place with dirty worn down floors. Once you’re in the room, bathroom door is broken, toilet doesn’t flush properly Overall very bad stay.. loud noise all night.. difficult to fall asleep. "
