"The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. "Our room was very small and we didn’t even get a luggage rack for a suitcase. There was no where to store clothes so we lived out of our suitcases on the floor. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 12pm after a 7 hour flight overseas and the room was ready, however we had to pay 20 pounds to gain access to the room, despite the fact it was ready- that was disappointing to say the least. We were in a pretty good location for access to downtown, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre."
