Property was very nice, pool staff could be a little bit more friendlier and knowledgeable. When asked about the cabanas, took several minutes to find one who knew somewhat they were talking about. Staff could be a little more friendly than what they were, one was ready a book and act bothered when asked a simple question.

Everything with the room and property was excellent. However, I had completed the self check in proces and was told they would text me when room was ready. I waited an hour, but was feeling ill, and decided to check at the desk. I was informed my room was ready. However 5 plus hours later I was finally notified my room was ready, T 7:20 pm. Thankfully I didn’t trust your system and checked.

I am 85 and walk with a cane. I fly first class to avoid lines and boarding hassle. I select 5 star hotels and pre-register and prepay. I expect to be met at the curb and my baggage taken to the room. No one was available to help to help me at the curb. My wife and I had to roll our 3 bags, seek out the registration desk, then stand in a line for over 20 minutes to complete check in. Then we had to ask for assistance to get to the room since it wasn't offered. No question the room was immaculate and just what we hoped for; the welcome and service was not. I never felt appreciated, so we gambled elsewhere.

I didn't like the way they billed me for the buffet/breakfast during my stay. I had a 150 credit for breakfast and the way they deducted the amount was misleading, i wouldn't have taken it the next day if it was billed normally. Neither the hotel nor the restaurant were able to help! Each would say i don't know and check with the other party, i believe this made me feel bad about the experience that i can't trust the property to vome back again. Reception guy told me he cannot do anything about it, which gave me a bad impression about respecting clients and customer service. I was there for vacation and this part kind of ruined it for me!

One of the bathroom towel smelled weird and some staff was knocking on doors around 9:30am confirming our checkout dates. Some outlets don’t charge properly. Restaurants are nice and staffs are friendly. Great stores to shop at casinos offer nice varieties.

The property and facilities are great however your ‘process’ of requiring people to wait to check in and wait to be escorted for every little thing from Spa to restaurants to even making purchases really gets in the way of enjoyment and deprived guests of much of the limited valuable time they could be enjoying. Your process needs to be simplified and made more seamless across the board from a guest standpoint. It really detracts from overall guest experience.

No water in the rooms, asked for bottles to be sent up they wanted $70USD. The average hotel in any city provides free water yet the Wynn doesn’t. Also, no coffee machine in the rooms. It’s unfortunate they do everything they can to get you to go downstairs and gamble. Property was clean, rooms were clean. Employees were nice.

The hotel decor is spectacular. Room was quite spacious and was very comfortable. There was a lack of toiletries provided and also you could not use the refrigerator in the room for personal items.it was stocked with hotel drinks and for example $8 for a can of pop, crazy.Also there was a tray of snacks at exorbitant prices. Finally the pool area was nice with lots of comfortable beds but NO umbrellas for shade. If you did want 2 sun beds with an umbrella you had to rent them at a cost of $200 a day. Everything about this hotel is a complete RIP OFF , with probably the exception of the breakfast buffet which I have to admit is the most extensive buffet I have ever seen, it literally has everything you could think of and whilst $60 is on the high side you really don’t need anything else to eat during the day until dinner. Finally we will never stay at this hotel again.
