Very nice place but I wish the hotel had a restaurant or cafe for a casual breakfast lunch and dinner but Benihana restaurant was excellent!!!

We were able to get a room last minute, which was nice. However, while the room was one of the least expensive ones we could find for the night at the last minute, it was still over-priced with the quality of the room. There were lights out over the sink area (difficult to get ready) and it was very obvious that the room hadn't been vacuumed in quite sometime. I stayed at the hotel 20 years ago and the rooms were in much better condition.

We upgraded to room with a refrigerator but the refrigerator didn’t work. Despite our reporting it, nothing was done during our stay. They didn’t even look at it until about an hour before we checked out and they didn’t want to refund us for the upgrade. The casting feature being advertised on the TV didn’t work. We reported that and were told a technician would come but he didn’t come until we were checking out. He said the feature hadn’t worked at all in hotel for 2 years. Also, the TV kept coming on by itself every 10 minutes. We got no sleep on the last night but they wouldn’t change our room. We were there celebrating my wife’s birthday and I tried to have flowers waiting in the room when we arrived but they have no concierge service. Never staying there again.

The room I was put in … I paid extra when I booked for n upgraded room was right next door to staff facilities and that door slammed all day and night. Not a very good sleep considering that all I heard. Room 872. Not really impressed to be honest.

on 5/13/2024 I left my car parked in the parking lot and when I came back to to my car I notice a lot of things missing and that’s when I noticed I got robbed and security was never around

This property is a hidden gem, I’ve been to Vegas at least 100 times, never paid attention to this property, but the prices are great, hotel staff is excellent, the steakhouse has tremendous, second to none service and the food was great as well! Do not let them talk you into the timeshare presentation, they are some rude, unprofessional time share people I’ve ever been around!

Keys didn't work, cleaning lady suggested that there was still someone in the room, headed back down to lobby and was escorted by security back to the room. Security was able to open the door, turns out both keys provided were defective. Toilet clogged and overflowed, went down to lobby to request assistance, was told to head back up and wait in room, waited half an hour, no one showed up. Proceeded to call guest service twice, someone finally showed up 1.5 hour later. When everything was cleaned up, it was already 5am, there goes a day of my stay. I stayed at this hotel 4 times, this was probably my last.

When we first got to our room, we noticed there was blood on the pillow. We called the desk and they said somebody would be up for a new pillow. It took 1 hour. Nobody cleaned our room the entire week. Just a bad experience in all. Not tot mention being “hounded” by sales reps every time we stepped foot in the hotel lobby.

Clean property a real vacation experience although i went for work; hotel room was very quiet to make for restful sleep, convenient excess to monorail, within walking distance from most places although access to taxi and rides are very well appointed. Highly recommend Westgate Resort & Casino for your next experience in Las Vegas

We had booked 2 queen rooms 1 month in advance. Just because we did checkin at 8 instead of 4, they assigned 1 room on 15th floor and other on 25th which is still ok. However, when we went to one of the assigned room, it was already occupied. We had to come down all the way with our luggage to let them know. Afterwords, instead of queen bed, they gave us double bed room because everything was occupied. We spoke to the manager, he was extremely rude and non cooperative. Room was smaller than what we had paid for no fault of our room. Never going to recommend this place.
