Little bit of a maze to get to the rooms from the lobby but that’s really not a big issue if you enjoy walking like my husband and me. Everything else about this property is just spectacular. Dining, shopping, pools, atmosphere… I could go on and on. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Vegas to choose this hotel. Ideal particularly for couples, as the canals make it uber romantic. Iconic in every way!!!

It has been years since our last stay, the room and hotel seemed outdated and worn. Especially our room. I wish the Concerige would have told us we were paying a very high premium for tkts to the Sphere, when we could've paid under $79 per tkt. we paid over $150. for an hour and half movie. Sorry to say, our next visit will be to try a new hotel.

For what we paid for a room, we expect decent service. The order of coffee took 45 mins to get delivered. Then we ordered plates and utensils which were charged per item and delivered 1 hour later. Nickle and diming for these was very off putting and the service was non existent. Needless to say, please find a place to stay elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay as usual. We love the Venetian for it's amenities and proximity to everything. The food options are are always excellent. We noticed some new upgrades to the pool loungers and tables from last visit which was nice.

Overall we had a great time, everything was beautiful and the only comment we have and it may be addressed in the renovations, but the rooms did not have enough light. The rooms need one light in some part of the room that lights up. We struggled a few times to read some of the magazines or what we brought. Great to have dim lighting on a vacation, yet at some point you need to see.

Wish the rooms would have a mini fridge that can be used for guest. The mini fridge that had drinks needs a bigger sign that says if things are moved it triggers a sensor that charges the room. Thankfully the front desk was very understanding that I missed the tiny signs that were hidden behind drinks and gave me a refund. I wish the rooms had pictures of the room that we were actually getting. We got the rooms that haven’t been updated so I feel like we were false advertised by what we saw when purchasing the room. Other than that Venetian is a very beautiful and clean. Everything was so close and walkable. Had a lot of convenient stores and food nearby.
