The waiting to check in and check out can for sure be better, the availability of rooms you paid for too can be better. When we got there they said the room I paid for isn’t available so they told us to keep checking back to see if it’s available.

While the stay was only for one night, as soon as I checked in, I was already ready to check out. The entire hotel has an old smoke smell throughout, and it was dated and felt very old and untouched. This hotel needs an entire remodel immediately!

Very out dated, gross stained carpets in the room, so much calcium build up on the shower head that the water sprays all over the place. Bed dipped down bad in the middle, Very dirty!!! Staff was friendly but that was about it.

Room on 36th floor. Suite type room with an incredible view of Las Vegas strip. Pool area was exceptional. Ample elevators for guests! Very nice hotel for a reasonable price!

I know the property was under construction but i wish we could have stayed in an updated room. The bed and pillows were hard as a rock and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling.

El precio no es más barato pero si vale la pena por una habitación amplia,limpia y se ve recien remodelada, la atención en recepción excepcional y rápida, un colchón muy comodo asi como sabanas y almohadas limpias, te ofrecen hielo de cortesía y seguridad antes de ingresar a los elevadores asi como una caja de seguridad dentro de la habitación en lo general una estancia muy cómoda

Our bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and smelled like a sewer. We needed up having to switch rooms but it was just gross and a pain in the butt. Won’t stay here again as there are so many other great resorts

I was pleasantly surprised with the Rio! My last stay here was back in the early 00s when Rio was renowned for having one of the BEST seafood buffets in Vegas. It's where I was taught the easiest way to crack open crab legs. I requested a Suite for it's Window Jaccuzzi Tub and I was NOT disappointed! The room itself was beautiful! Had a huge dining table we used for board games, the TVs allowed screen share, the bathrooms were clean and spacious. We stayed two nights here and ate at the Dim Sum restaurant and the little sushi place in the food court. Both were excellent! My only complaint is how long it takes their staff to bring requests up to the room. We also somehow managed to lock ourselves out of the master bedroom and there was no knob pin to unlock it (I had to pull apart an ink pen to open it) I would definitely rent one of these suites again! We didnt get a full strip view, but even the view of North Vegas in the jaccuzzi with a bottle of champagne was fantastic!

I had to change rooms 3x’s the first room the TV was broken and the tub didn’t work! And the toilet wasn’t working the second room was yet another broken tub and it had hair all in it so I know it wasn’t cleaned no phones in the room but one in the toilet room the vent in the bathroom was open to all the wires and I had children with me they’re the ones who discovered that the heater wouldn’t turn off I had to request a fan finally the third room was nice but it smelled like cigarettes and I have asthma it was the worst trip ever I’m so glad to be home

I didnt like that we were put in a room where the sofa was nasty looking. Our restroom at times smelled like sewer. I hate there was a window to look into the shower. Small tv for a large room. I hate i waa put in a room far from everything like pool and restaurants. I wasnt even told about the dance floor on 51th floor. I found out last day. Did know anything about pool hours!

The room I had was not one of the newly renovated rooms. The furniture looked like it can from a thrift store. Room was clean otherwise and staff was helpful and friendly. Casino is just ok. A lot of games set up to give the casino a better advantage.

Ran down, needs renos. Smells of cigarettes, the pool closes at 5 pm?? Why? You are in the middle of the dessert! No breakfast, limited dining. Price and pool (except for the hours) were good

For what we paid it was great! We had a great view, the pool was lovely, the place was just fancy enough for us and what we spent. The shower never got hot because we were so high up and they sometimes have pump issues...I thought this was a deal breaker for me, but after staying there for three nights I was ok with that for what we paid. Had we been in a lower room it would have been better for hot water, but the view was worth it
