I didn’t like that we checked out and left a outfit in the closet and when we went back they are saying that they didn’t find it but it is not in the closet where it was left on a hanger , but house keeping didn’t find it , also I was charged the full amount at the desk and told the money that was paid to you will be returned and now I am out the extra money and don’t know when I will see any of my money back

It was an a great experience. The staff were amazing and friendly. The only issue i had was with the house cleaning. I would push the button for house cleaning and it took them 3 days to finally come.

The rooms could have been cleaned a little better and have more "things" to occupy the empty shelving so that it looked less bare. Sad that the balconies weren't open and that the pool closed at 5.

Bathrooms have mold due to poor ventilation, the fridges were broke, the glasses were dirty, I had to wait an hour waiting in the lobby because they lost my reservation upon arrival, staff is really grumpy, the pools smell, not worth the rates, stay elsewhere. On a positive note, garage parking is safe, the location is pretty central to events, gym is decent, elevator is fast, and views are nice.

I mean for an off strip property, Palms went from a darling to a dud. Just beat up. Not kept up. Just hanging on. Good if you need to get to / from Allegiant Stadium. Otherwise, just stay in a nice place on the strip.

The bath was dirty and there was no soap in the bottles. I also didn't like the fack that there was no kitchen utensils in the kitchen and the balcony was unacessible. We didn't get any new towels or room service either but apart from that I love it there

I asked for a non-smoking room because my child have bronchitis in the room smell like straight smoke. My son was coughing for half of the night.. My wife was there by herself and she couldn’t get no assistance on helping moving her luggage.

I’ve stayed here 3 times . Love that it has a stove its clean big nice room & bathroom 8-10 cab every where . Nice view of the strip or the mountains. Walking distance to supermarket & restaurants

Overall it was a nice stay, however. I was having trouble with the keys upon entry. The patio door doesn’t really open for fresh air access, no trash bags in any of the trash cans and the tub was not clean. I cleaned that myself.

We stayed at the Palms Place. Upon check in there was only one attendant doing check ins. Checked in keys in hand, the attendant wrote the wrong floor for the hotel room, keys didnt work, back down to have someone else assist in getting the correct hotel number and floor correct. Palms Place seemed a little dated,nite table lamp was damaged and the head board was torn. The buffet breakfast was mediocre.

Property had its ups and downs. Check in was fast and easy and didnt have long lines. The only complaints I have is that the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Finger prints were on the glass door and windows, a few dusty areas, and the shower head and tub jets look to be neglected so I didn’t bother using the jacuzzi tub. Overall it was still a nice experience with a great view of the strip. Better than most rooms on the strip at a decent price.

My experience at this hotel was terrible hotel Worker black guy at front desk with gold glasses was very rude not helpful at all acted like he didn't want to be at work. I arrived at hotel around 8am tried to check in early was told room wasn't ready came back at 3pm when it was check in time and he told Me room wouldn't be ready until 5pm I immediately went to someone else and and they gave me room keys right away. All the stuff is very unprofessional and they are purposely not letting people check in. I didn't understand why he told me why I had to wait until 5pm when another worker gave me room key right away. I will never ever stay at this property again all that waiting and room was still not clean.

Palms place was clean and very nice, views are dependent on your room. A lot of place are a short walk from hotel, but be aware you will see homeless and a not so pleasant atmosphere outside of the hotel.

None of our “amenities”worked. I booked specifically the room with the tub and tub was not working. Refrigerator froze all of our food that we brought and the sink was clogged. This place has a lot of potential but doesn’t look like they want to put the money into repair the rooms. When I called to let them know about the tub, they said that they would put us in another room and when we went downstairs after packing up all of our stuff, they said that there was no room available. Their customer service could be better.

I've stayed here many times before without any issues, but this time was different, mainly because of the clerk named Kentrell. My girlfriend and I arrived at 2:45pm and checked in. He informed us that our room was not clean yet and that housekeeping would text us when it's ready. I asked him how long and he dismissively said that he doesn't know and that check-in is between 3 and 5, so it could be anywhere during that time. At about 3:10pm, I went to the desk to ask for any updates and he asked "Did they text you yet? It will be ready once they do." At this point I'm getting frustrated because we wanted to spend time at the pool before it closed at 5. This was our Anniversary trip and I wanted it to be special for my girlfriend. So I decided to call housekeeping myself and talk to them. They informed me that it would be the front desk that would tell me when the room is ready, and not their department. This is what I expected and experienced any other time, as it is the front desk who handles check-ins, not housekeeping. I go back to the counter and this time I talk to another clerk, who looked up our room and saw that it was still showing as dirty. However, instead of just blowing us off, she looked for another room that was the same as ours and gave us our keys. By this time it was nearly 4 o clock. It took this nice, professional woman a total of 3 minutes to get us into a room while Kentrell wasted an hour of our day and pool time. He has poor customer service skills.

The room was beautiful and clean. Only slight wear on the bed frame but did not bother is at all - we slept like babies! Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We appreciated the security at the elevators for safety. Our floor was quiet - unusual considering it was Vegas! We loved the pool on the 6th floor - chill vibe, beautiful pool and awesome staff. We had no issues finding chairs without a reservation. We loved the buffet inside the Palms. This hotel is not on the strip and does not offer transportation so rideshare is the best option. Also, no close access to groceries unless you are driving. We are looking forward to our next stay!
