My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was beautifully maintained, creating such a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism, making us feel truly cared for. Breakfast was absolutely amazing—everything was fresh and delicious. And the spa… simply the best! It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return.

The staff, food, pool, bars, and beach were absolutely perfect!!!
The only issues we had were with the rooms. They’re very outdated and some of the stuff in the bathroom were falling apart or not clean enough. Our jetted tub in our room definitely needs replacing as it was very dirty. They’re also only 1 outlet in between the bed for charging electronics so take that into consideration.

Everything was great overall; only thing was there was no breakfast included which we had signed up for and paid for. It seemed like we stayed in a condo without room service etc. We didn't have our room cleaned or sheets changed or anything like that (not by choice). Apparently to get breakfast we had to order through some guy who would pick it up at a restaurant and then deliver it all for a fee and whatever the cost of the food is. One of our bathroom sinks was leaking heavily underneath. Coming from where we were prior though I can't complain. The pool was great, and the woman at reception was also wonderful.
