"Second time at this resort staying at the Royal, last was May 2019. Overall the resort met our expectations except for the restaurants. The quality of the evening dining options has dropped significantly, where most dinners were hardly edible leaving us no option but to grab something at a buffet. We are not picky eaters but flavorless, poorly prepared meals just are not exceptable. This is a very nice resort but this may have been our last visit unfortunately. "

"For the price I paid, OH WOW WAS THIS NICE!!! The staff was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. The place itself is just amazing! I understand what people were saying by “rundown”, but I would only say that applies to the hallways, which really shouldn’t matter. Other than that, everything else was so clean, up to date, and just perfect! The all inclusive included food, drinks, activities, and so much more! Just so perfect and will DEFINITELY be back!!! "
