We love this property and return every year. It’s beautiful. The food is varied and delicious. It’s relaxing. And the staff is so friendly and remembers us from year to year just as we remember them. Shoutouts to our favorite bartenders: Luis, Charley, Jose, and Jimy. Shoutouts to our favorite servers: the entire staff at the steakhouse for spending 10-10:30pm with us nightly and always being great, JR, Nelson, and Rodner from the seaside restaurant, and Ana Maria at Japanese. Last but most certainly not least, Cesar is the best butler at Mirage and consistently goes above and beyond to make our trip special - even golf cart rides to fancy dinners. Additionally, Raul who leads hospitality and restaurants at the hotel went out of his way to make our last dinner of our trip extra special. Big thank you to Sergio and Jazmin for taking care of us as well. See you all next year! As a bonus - shoutout to Yeferson and Leandro at the Colonial for taking time to see us during our trip. They are fantastic people and also a big reason why we return each year.

The staff gave us such an interpersonal experience. They knew us by our names and greeted us each day with smiles and polite hospitality. I needed assistance as I was traveling with breastmilk, concierge worked quickly to assist me with storing my breastmilk during my stay which took stress off of me being away from my baby. The resort was the most relaxing resort i have ever been on. Me and my fiancé indulged in the spa amenities which added an additional touch to the relaxation on our trip. We did not want to leave! We do plan on coming back. The bar tenders at the swim up bar; July, Carlos and Julian were amazing as well. They were kind and made the best drinks for our poolside experience! We would highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in Punta Cana.
