Amazing experience as always.

The resort itself it very nice, great layout, nice pools, lots of bars, etc. Enough activities and areas for young kids (we traveled with 3 toddlers 2-3.5). If you want to get in some workouts, the gym is EXCELLENT, its better than a membership gym. The food and accompanying food service is mediocre, but pretty standard for a mid-level resort like this. The main buffet got pretty repetitive after the 2nd day. It was tough finding a selection of kid-friendly food options for picky toddlers, but that's to be expected. We visited 4 different restaurants, the only good one was the asian fusion one. The other 3 (sports bar, italian, beach restaurant) the food was borderline not edible and we ended up getting snacks afterwards. The wait for food in the restaurants is ridiculous, one of them took over an hour just for bar food. If you're travelling with young kids less than 4, skip the restaurants, the speed of service and food choices are not geared for them. Overall we enjoyed our time, but I'd look for different resorts on the next trip for comparison.

PROS The bartenders are friendly and nice. Shoutout Antonio and Amber by the pool. Fiod quantity: A lot of restaurant options every night to try something new. The private pool was amazing and had a good view to the ocean The nightly shows were amazing. All of the dancers and performers were incredibly talented and it was an absolute treat every night. Unexpected high level entertainment. Room service was awesome. CONS Bedding: was not comfortable at all. Sheets felt like a public school paper towel and pillows felt like they were made in bedrock. The beach: not sure if it was just a bad time of year but the beach was absolutely disgusting & filled with seaweed everywhere. They were consistently bulldozing and trying to clean it but to no avail. If you are expecting a beautiful beach, go elsewhere. No one was even at the beach, let along in the water. Everyone was by the pool each day. Reservations for restaurants: we were told that a few restaurants needed reservations. We called around noon for reservation that night & they were full. They said they were booked into next week. Not very ideal for a 4 day vaca. Restaurants: Many restaurants that didnt do reservations had long wait times depending on when you went. Go early. Food Quality: Just wasn't that great. Kids: although advertised as "adults only", one side of the resort is family . So dont expect a true "adults only" experience during dinner or entertainment
