"Quite frankly, at the initial phase of this reservation,I was somewhat disappointed with hotels.com. In the past the reservation was straight forward,no issues nor dealing with the management of the property. "The resort was nice family friendly the food was really good! Two things though the rooms need serious updating and the staff service was inconsistent some were nice some really didn’t want to be there. Overall we enjoyed it we went with our two kids a 4 year old and 8 month old and they had a great time my 4 year old really loved it they had an adorable water park and kiddie pool right next to the adult pool so it made it very easy for everyone to have a good time the beach was wonderful as well!!! And again the food was overall really good especially the restaurants. I would say the rules were a bit annoying for the buffet it was hard to get used to the scheduling. They had a snack bar for in between and I would say that was the knot downer. So make sure to eat at the buffet in the time allotted for each meal 👍 and try to book restaurants as soon as you arrive they are incredible"
