Upon my check-in (around 4pm) there was not a single worker in sight to help me check-in, i even went and knocked on the breakroom door and nothing...terrible service.
I also was a bit worried for my safety since there was a crackhead always outside the motel or walking around near the entrance for multiple days during my stay.
This place was a nightmare.Never once in a 3 day stay did they clean the room nor did they bring towels.They charged my credit card 3 times and the money was taken out of my account not pending charges.The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and could give 2 hoots about anything I had to say.Also said good luck getting my money back.Zero stars for this dump.The bed was horrible too.
On the day we stayed night of May 26 or the early morning of May 27th we woke up to load banging coming from one of rooms not sure if couple was fighting or what noise was but kept us up

the area was safe. Good restaurants close by.
The only sorta bad thing was the traffic on Telshore made it difficult to drive during certain times of the day.
What i liked was easy access. What was not good was the fact we where assured that we had a room where there was to be no pets. Wrong pet hair on the top cover was full of hair. And the sheets had some pet hair. Makes we wonder of they change the sheets when they clean
Needless to say we cut.our stay short and left.

This was a bad experience. There was no tv at all for any of the customers and no refund was offered as well we were never told we can cancel our stay without being charged

Elevator not working we had to walk 3 flights of steps with our luggage. The floor of the room had not been swept. Very dissatisfied.

3 night stay-elevator didn`t work after first night. My sister & I are both handicapped & we were given 2nd floor. Place wreaked of chlorine due to the pool being indoors. No food on premises. Had to drive a mile just to get to Circle K which was the closest place to get anything.

We have been using this Motel 6 for the last 6 to 8 years, this will be our last stay. Property has gone down hill, not being maintained....Elevator broken, no soap or shampoo in bathroom...disappointed.

Check in was horrible. A huge line and only one person behind the desk. A 45 minute wait to check in. Elevator not working. Tough when u have lots of stuff and stuçk on the third floor
Definitely smelled like someone was cooking meth in one of the rooms. Staff was great!

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, there are guest that do not respect our Non-smoking policy, but as soon as we find out who is smoking, guest get evicted. I apologize if during your stay we weren't able to catch the smoker close to you.
Elevator broken for more than a week, i am an amputee in my right foot, requested ground level or elevator and no conditions to clomb 3 stories
Receiptionist was rude and careless avout my condition all she kept fiving were excuses
Other faciluties that i have used in this long trip have communicated with me vefore arrival
No way to treat customers and at least should had offer a discount for the troubles
They DON T care...does EXPEDIA?

#1 staff being very unprofessional at check in one staff member scolding another for a mistake in front of customers #2 elevator broken so haul you stuff up two flights of stairs #3 bathtub clogged # 4 found dead roach in bathroom #5 tv has very few channels. NEVER AGAIN

I like the pool & the size of the bathtub and the Joann the front desk clerk was very kind, friendly & patient. The microwave oven is rusted throughout & there are stains on both the sheets, mattress & pillow case, other than that it's nice.

A very nice place to stay. Modern building. Clean and well equipped. It was a very nice surprise to discover the pool and spa, which I hadn't realised was going to be there. Everything was good about the motel. Check-in being rather a slow business was the only negative.

Weird smell in the room. No fridge to put my food and drinks in. Probably the worst shower head of any hotel ive been in for the past year. And after driving 660 miles and finding out my room is on the 3rd floor i was notified that the elevator does not work. So typical.

The hotel looked really nice from outside, but don’t ignore past negative reviews because they still hold true! The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The sink had toothpaste residue and small hair pieces. A towel that was hanging looked like someone with make up wiped their face on the towel. I don’t see how the cleaning crew would not notice it.
The room door had to be slammed to properly shut.
The pillows were not completely covered because the pillow covers were way too small.
You could hear your neighbor’s television along with their conversations.
Do yourself a favor and check into Marriott across the street.

This property is definitely a cut above what you expect of a Motel 6. The only thing that separates it from the next higher level hotel is the absence of breakfast, but I never eat hotel breakfasts anyway. Definitely a good buy for the price.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest Motel 6s I have ever stayed at. Had an easy check in. Room was nice and the bathroom was awesome.
The night shift lady that checked us in was very polite. We had no problems at all
