The homeless people near by is something out of our reach, we try our best here at Days Inn Wyndham to ensure all guest safety and happiness. We are sorry that we didnt mean your satisfactory needs.

Toilet did not flush well. Air conditioner not in terrific shape, buttons almost non existent. Staffer did not acknowledge my black husband.

We would have gladly sent maintanance to your room to fix the issues that made your stay uncomfortable. We wish you would have elaborated more on the latter part of your review. Did your husband ask someone a question and was ignored? We at Days Inn don't see color. I am not sure if there was a communication problem. Either way we do apolgized for any misunderstandings that may have occured.

This Days Inn seems especially well managed and maintained. Renovations seem fresh. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The pool area is superior. The breakfast area is attractive and peaceful (thankfully, no television noise). This location has become our "go to" in Las Cruces.

The springs in the mattress feel like you are sleeping on the box springs, they stick you and they need to be replaced with new mattresses. Limited amount of soap and shampoo. I tried so I'm glad our stay was short, would not recommend for longer time to stay at.

The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful! I had asked him a question about a local restaurant and he wasn’t sure of the answer so he called to find out. That was going the extra mile. Very friendly and efficient.

Room smelled likes a dirty drain. Has to cover all stains with wet towels and spray perfume to be able to sleep. Friendly and efficient check in staff. Breakfast crew not too friendly, we came down at 9:35 am and they had thrown away all coffee already.

This is very unfourtunate to hear. We wish this was told to the front desk upon checkout. Breakfast hours are 630-930am on the weekends and 630-10am on the weekends. Sadly you arrived once breakfast was over. I'm sure if you had asked the breakfast person they would have gladly made a fresh part. We apologize for any inconvience this caused your stay.
