"Great place for family sun"

"We had a great stay. Amazing staff, facilities and really clean and well kept. Beautiful"

"Staff very helpful and breakfast is good"

"Amazing staff, nice place, not bad food, horrible coffee"

"Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. If you want some quiet and time alone with a partner or friend, this...

"Breakfast was lovely but only had dinner on the first night as not very good, but will definitely stay again."

"All of the hotel is clean. Staff are very welcoming. The hotel is very family friendly. We've been here several times and have enjoyed each experience."

"Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times"

"Nice pool area, nice breakfast. Friendly staff."

"The hotel cancelled our booking and moved us to another H10 hotel. The problem was it was miles from the centre and completely full. Not a single sunbed available at the main pool. Room was nice enough and breakfast was good but overall a poor experience."

"Only a short stay this time but wow this hotel just gets better and better . Especially loved the welcome bottle of wine recognising my continued bookings"

"Hotel was clean but tired, food ok but unimaginative Good location"

"Spacious room and bathroom walk in shower , clean and great location with supermarket and a few restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance."

"The staff were excellent. The room was spotless. We had a heavy downpour on or first night which caused a slight issue with our room. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room. He left and five mins later reception rang to say they were changing our room.I have to give the staff at reception 10/10 for such a prompt response. caused a slight issue in the...

"Great place and staff!"

"Ideal location, near to shops, beach and places to eat out if you would like to. Room was always kept clean and the pool areas were always tidy. Overall a great stay!"

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"

"Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this."

"Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times."

"The staff is amazing!"
