This is a wonderful hotel, fantastic location & facilities. Staff are amazing, we really enjoyed staying there, highly recommended. Food was excellent !!

Friendly exceptionally clean hotel with wonderful menu for dinner. Good wine list at friendly prices. The bed was a medical grade mattress which was a bit too firm for us. All in all a wonderful place to stay not far from Portugal Spanish border. Listing did not say that whilst it was off a listed road it was not now the main road so was quiet.Hotel refurbished a year or so ago and is popular with locals always a good sign

Beautiful countryside hotel with a fab fresh water pool & Sauna. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. The local vinho verde wine is good too! Highly recommended if you like to be close to nature.

We chose this for an overnight stop, with our pet furry friend, on our way from Santander to Portuguese Silver Coast. Pet friendly and self-catering appealed to us. The communication and the welcome to the lovely property, from Sandra, was exceptional. She went out of her way to show us the accommodation and walk us through the pretty village to the local restaurant, telling us a little about the place as we went. Amazing!!!!

Unfortunately there had been a storm and the hotel was without a restaurant or bar, and in recovery mode. However, the receptionist was very helpful. The hotel itself is a stunner.
