Location is good. Bed and bedding needs to be improved. Door lock don't seem secure enough. Internet signal is very weak and slow. Washroom needs some upgrade. I booked it for 2 nights but early checked out day early.

Room was very comfortable and the staff was great. Wish there was lite lunch or sandwiches available instead of having to get out of the property.Our schedule was for a late flight and we extended our check out time . Very accommodating staff.

Good value stay
the hotel staff, were very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Very good value for Money. If you looking for a budget place to sleep, before the plane journey, this is ideal place, as just 20/30 minutes away from airport. Not a lot to see or do in surrounding area really, but as I say, this most people would tend to use the hotel as a stepping stone before moving on to a resort, or catching a plane

　まず、従業員さんが皆優しくて親切でした。事前にアーリーチェックインとヘアドライヤーの希望をメールで伝えていたら、到着時名前を言っただけですぐに対応してくれたので感激しました。その他物干し台を持ってきてくれたり、何も言わなくてもやってくれるので、英語が喋れない私にとってはとても嬉しかったです。 　部屋は綺麗に掃除されていますし、広さも申し分なし、シャワーの水圧も温度も全くストレスを感じませんでした。照明も明るいですし、コンセントもいっぱいありました。お水はチェックインの際に小さめのペットボトルを2本置いてくれていて、掃除の時に追加されるという感じでした。またレストラン(カフェ)にウォーターサーバーがあるので皆さんはそこで補給されていました。 　立地はとても良く、レストランやスパは周りにいっぱいありますし、スーパーも7分くらい歩けばありました。その点少し騒がしいですが…私はさほど気になりませんでした。 　色々なマクタン島のホテルに泊まりましたが、次回からはここ1択にするつもりです。

コスパが良いホテル
コスパがかなり良い。立地もよく、ちょっと行けばスーパーもあり次回にまた宿泊したいと思う。フィリピンの人達は基本フレンドリーで、気さくですがここのホテルのスタッフもフレンドリーでした。

融通が効きすぎる(いい意味で)ココペン!
融通面では最高○飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜(というか早朝)になってしまい、受付は開いてないからガードマンに名前を言えばチェックインできるようにして下さいました。また、飛行機の出発時刻が早朝だったため、チェックアウトも前日にできないかどうか聞いたら、快く受け入れて下さいました。感謝しかありません。 部屋は綺麗○でしたが、シャワーの水圧がチョロチョロしか出ない部屋に当たってしまったらしく、毎日海に入っていたのでシャワーを浴びるのが一苦労でした。 出かける時に、"掃除して下さい"札がテーブルに置いてあったのを見たので、それをドアノブにぶら下げ、出かけたのですが、帰ってきたらその札は窓と面格子の間に置いてあり、部屋は掃除されていませんでした。次の日に再度挑戦することはありませんでしたが、果たしてあのやり方で合ってたのでしょうか・・・不明です☺︎ でも、不満点はその二点だけなので、あの安さであの部屋の綺麗さはなかなかいいと思います。近くにはsave moreというマーケットやマッサージや食べ物屋さんがあるので便利です。
