Front desk extremely helpful, especially the tall dark haired man we met on arrival, Christian in the bar was superb, Monette and the girl with teeth braces (in the bar and the cafe) were extremely helpful, and all staff members (except one or two) including cleaners were very friendly and efficient, always saying hello with a smile- And Nicole was very receptive and smiley, and very helpful, especially as she helped out in any area when she felt it was needed, and she had to put up with...

Beautiful hotel set on the lower slopes of Lanzarote, looking out on to the sea. The hotel is stunningly designed, with large rooms, amazing breakfasts, and a great pool. It is secluded and with only 20. rooms, it feels like a personally curated experienced. If you are wanting easy access to a beach and other restaurants (the hotel has its own restaurant but the menu is fairly expensive), this is probably not the hotel for you. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the food was absolutely delicious with a wide choice. Accommodation was very comfy and spacious. Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return to this hotel.

We had a rented car but you can come to stay here by bus. It provides free transport to Lanzarote airport. The breakfast was excellent with chosable eggs, and excellent cold meat selections. One of the best possible o/night or longer stays near the airport.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, it was quite and walkable distance to old & new town.

Very peaceful setting for the hotel with several restaurants closeby. The most delicious breakfast was served with such a variety each day. Comfortable and clean room with friendly staff. There are no tea or coffee facilities and the bar wasn't open but we would highly recommend the Hotelito.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. Lovely, clean, safe, friendly apartment blocks a short, easy walk from centre of Costa Teguise. Furnished to a high standard, lovely strong shower, plenty of towels, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including filter coffee machine, lovely swimming pool, Martin's bar open by the pool in the afternoons and evenings, Reception office manned 9-5.30 with helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was cleaned well every day. We would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

Beautiful apartments, clean and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a break away home from home. The friendliest helpful staff nothing was too much trouble. I truly did not want to come home.

The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends
