We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

Lovely, clean, safe, friendly apartment blocks a short, easy walk from centre of Costa Teguise. Furnished to a high standard, lovely strong shower, plenty of towels, kitchen equipped with all the essentials, including filter coffee machine, lovely swimming pool, Martin's bar open by the pool in the afternoons and evenings, Reception office manned 9-5.30 with helpful and friendly staff. Apartment was cleaned well every day. We would definitely stay here again, excellent value for money.

The apartment was brilliant with everything you need provided, the whole complex was first class which includes the staff from reception, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff, the food in the bar/restaurant was brilliant, the food and drink prices were very good (the happy hour made it even better) I would definitely go back there and I have already recommended it to friends

Staff could not have been nicer or more attentive. Lovely hotel and the location was excellent. Only issue I had was the lack of balcony meant it was difficult to get towels and swimsuits dry. Otherwise the place is faultless if you're looking for some peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.

We stayed in the hotel for one night before leaving for the UK after a disastrous cruise. It was magnificent! The staff were amazing, as was the hotel. It was just what we needed after a very stressful holiday!

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and amazing food! Close to supermarket and shops and numerous restaurants and bars. A 3 min walk from the beach. Has a small shop on site for gifts and booking excursions. My advice would be to book a sea view room (away from the hustle and bustle of the evening and pool entertainment) and go half board to take advantage of the amazing food. We stayed here on a last minute deal. We don’t stay within the Hotel walls much when on holiday so I cannot comment on how nice the staff were other than on the impression we had at check in. The lady was friendly and check in was quick and easy. The rooms were large, comfortable beds. Showers were abit awkward as we found it could very easily over flow, so a nightmare for us to keep the room dry and clean. We have just returned from a great stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent and always had a smile and a greeting for us The food selection at meal times was very good , with a varied theme each night. Entertainment in the evenings was varied and could be improved.

Great hotel near the beach and supply shop. Room cleaning was good, although they missed an extra day. Lovely pools. We played tennis. For all inclusive there was 2 hours free but you still had to hire the rackets and balls at 1E each item. Crazy golf was also available. The accommodation was large. We absolutely loved our stay here. Great hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice big rooms, beautiful pool area, great breakfast buffet, close to beach/town, and most of all: really quiet and relaxing place. We will definitely stay there again.

The food was excellent! Congratulations to the chef! Beautiful display of salads, meat dishes, fruits, fish and sea food, sweets. Comfortable beds. The knob of the shower did not work properly in the bathroom but apart from that it was an excellent choice.

All staff were extremely nice and competent. Double room with extra bed for guest was huge and with sea view. Amazing choice of food and beverage (premium not included), the only problem was to stop eating. Enjoyed evening shows (there is one show every night) and gym (I did a stretching class). I have to mention the restaurant staff,they're just great and so efficient and nothing is too much to ask for them. The entertainment in hotel was good for the week we stayed. There was magician show which was really good, there was reptile show and parrot show,we found it amazing that they do all this included in the price. And there was archery you could try and darts for kids. This is the best place for kids, they have splash pool, play ground, inflatable slide Sundays in swiming pool and...

Very good value with spacious room and a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Staff were very really friendly and helpful, especially Petra on Reception and Abdul in the hotel pub. Location was perfect for the beach and the bars and restaurants but was extremely quiet and noise free. We've stayed many times before and will definitely stay again.

These apartments are in a great location in between the Old town and the Strip, only a 5 minute walk to either. There is also a decent Spa shop 2 minutes away for whatever you need. Lomo Blanco itself is very well presented, very clean and most of the staff friendly. We only ate food in there once and it is definitely better to eat out everyday, it was a buffet and it was quite expensive. Stayed for 10 nights, room very clean, and maids popped in every day to tidy up and change towels, very comfi beds, good WI-FI in the room, reception staff always very helpful with tips and directions; did not have a balcony (but then I did not request a room with balcony so I cannot fault them).
