The front desk lady was friendly, and the food was good for breakfast. The hotel overall was nice, the beds comfortable and the room clean. The two negatives were that the pool area was extremely hot. It was hard to sit and watch the kids play since the temps in that room are as hot as a sauna. Also, during our two night stay, I tried to get coffee 4 times and the coffee carafes were either empty or cold, the hazelnut creamer container was empty, and the half and half cup container was never restocked. I know it's a small thing, but it was a bummer to have a coffee stand in the lobby that was not actually stocked and usable. There was a water dispenser also but they ran out of cups and it was not restocked before we left. I think if they paid attention to those little things, it would make a huge difference in caring for their guests.

Check-in was great! Very friendly staff. Room wasn't super clean, and some things were dated, fabric on ottoman was in shambles, caulk in front of tub was gross, and scratches and dings on a lot of things. The bed was comfortable, and it worked for the couple of nights we were there. We didn't spend a ton of time in the room.
