I liked that it was close to the location I was visiting. The room was very comfortable and easy to get to, close the parking. I like that we didn’t have to pay for parking. It was included. I like that it was quiet.

I have been at this hotel several times. The only persistent issue is the very poor valet service. They do not have enough people to get cars and I have waited 20 min- 1 hour to get my car

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lansing, MI
Do not book here it is very run down. Carpet in rooms dirty. The bathroom was dirty and the jacuzzi had mold around it. Property is outdated and possibly has bed bugs.
