"I'd highly recommend this hotel. We spent a night here before and after going out to the island resorts. The free transfer is a bonus and made it a seamless experience getting from the airport to the hotel and back again. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I also love the attention they pay in not utilising single use plastic for their amenities and in room water bottles. What really made both our stays enjoyable was the incredible service. All of the staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was easy and enjoyable. Special thanks to Vincent for recognising us on our return stay and organising our rooms to be close together. It's small things like this that sets service apart. We have just returned from 5 days at a 5* island and the service at the Somerset was way better than it was at the island we stayed at.
