Special shoutout to Nawal in reservations and Jojo in watersports/recreation, both really made an effort to make it special for my partner! The food was very good, wherever you go. "Just had a 1 night stop over before flying home and it was a very comfortable stay. Next to all the shops and the restaurant at this hotel provided a fantastic menu which we enjoyed. Lovely stay and would definitely use/stay again in the future if the opportunity arises again."

You get a dedicated concierge upon your arrival who ensures you have a wonderful time and plans your stay according to your preferences so you can just enjoy and relax. But it goes beyond that, we were surprised with so many special and personal touches that just put the service above and beyond anything we expected.
