"Rooms smelled bad and bedding was gross. It was stained, smelled and was scratchy. There was Hair in bathroom. The heater in the bedroom was so loud and would kicked in and out all night waking you up each time. "

"Hotel was a good central location for what we needed. Chop Steakhouse is always nice. Lobby is clean and inviting. Rooms are just ok as they need some updating. Main issue was we had no hot water the evening of our stay. Notified front desk and they advised to let the water run for 15 minutes. We did this for about 20 minutes and finally gave up. Morning we let it run for about 10 minutes and then we had hot water. "

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had. We booked and paid for a higher-priced room, but when we arrived the hotel tried to give us the cheapest room and claimed it was what we booked. This felt very misleading and dishonest. The room cleanliness was poor, it was very noisy and extremely hot. Our child was even bitten by something during the stay. Overall it was a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Definitely not worth the price and we would not recommend this hotel."

"We enjoyed the location, walked around downtown, rooms were a good value, but Kay at the front desk outshone it all. She was hospitable, polite and very helpful. Thanks Kay for enhancing our stay. There were also 2 friendly gentlemen staff members in the foyer who greeted us and another helpful person at the front desk whose name I didn't get. Having great team members meet and greet your guests make a wonderful first impression."

"The hotel was fantastic for our team. The staff were super accommodating, the included breakfast starting at 6:00 a.m. was a huge plus considering we had very early morning games. The lounge was an added plus for the parents!"
