No tea bags in room, they had coffee but not tea bags. Water in pool was very cold. The hours were customer friendly but the water was very cold. I thought I would get used to the temperature but did not.

My husband and I stayed for one night at this hotel to attend a family wake. This hotel was a pleasant surprise…decorated nicely & very clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly and pleasant. I really enjoyed talking to her. I took a quick tour of the gym — it was small but sufficient …although we did not use the amenities. The hotel room was spacious, quiet and very clean. The free breakfast consisted of standard breakfast foods such as cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, muffins, waffles, eggs & sausage buffet. Coffee, juice and tea. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The Tanger Outlets are very close….and an amusement park is across the highway. Nice stay!

Disappointing won’t come back
We were supposed to have rooms next to each other. I called and requested an early check in. They said it would be fine. When i arrived, The person before me who was a walk in received room 201. I check In and receive 203. I was told our second room wouldn’t be able to be next to it. But we could come back and check in for 222. We come back to check in for 222, they said it’s no longer available and we could have a room on the 3rd floor. When we complained and asked for a manager we were handed a card and basically told nothing they can do. We changed the bed sizes to be on the same floor. The trash cans were all full for the breakfast.

Great stay!
We were there from a Monday through Thursday and were very happy with the room and service. Everything looked clean and 'kept-up". The breakfast was pretty average for a free breakfast but it was just fine. The location is wonderful for easy travel to all the Lancaster attractions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When asked about dining options they were willing to provide suggestions and print out directs to the 2 location. Very appreciative. Only disappointment is breakfast ran out of eggs and sausage early and there were no more to replace them. Knowing you had a full house, provision should have been made, especially for a Friday morning.

We booked a King size bed, but received a double room. he front desk said since we booked it through a third party, the room requested isn't guaranteed. The room had holes in the carpet and the wall paper is outdated and damaged, along with some of the furniture. The room was comfortable and clean. The addition of vehicle charging ports would be something to consider.

The only thing I was not happy with was I didn't get the room I booked. It was my 4 grandchildren, my husband and myself. So, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and a queen pull out couch. They didn't have one available, so I only got 2 queen beds. I still paid the same price if it was with the couch.

The room was great, great size, ac worked great. Only downfalls of the stay were the size of the pool (super super tiny) and the breakfast. We were told by staff that they put out breakfast at 6 am and that's it for the day. One of everything and no additional stuff was allotted. The breakfast hours listed were 6-10. They put out one pot of scrambled eggs, one of reheated sausages (that we saw two days in a row), a dozen bagels and English muffins, and hey fill the small cereal dispenser once and that's it. There were no grab and go options that were listed as included and if you arrived at 745 am your only option left was the sausages.

Just ok
I tried to check in at appropriate time and my room was not ready. So I waited in lobby. 45 minutes later I got in a line of people and had to wait even longer because check ins were moving slowly. The room was ok. Hair in bathroom, and pillows smelled like previous guests. Beds comfortable. I dont recommend if you are wanting to take your kids swimming. The pool is very small and lots of kids makes no room for swimming. And it was cold and dirty.(cloudy)

The room and bathroom was very spacious, just right for the 5 of us. There are restaurants that are walkable as well as shopping. The hotel is next to Tanger factory outlets. Staff were nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was good. The breakfast room is large. The 5 of us agreed that this hotel is super.

Nice place but Didn’t get type of room we reserved
Staff was great. Clean and safe and convenient . I was greatly disappointed as I had made my reservation some time ago for a room w 2 queen beds. When we got there they gave us a king bed. Told them we reserved for 2 queen and said they didn’t have any available altho my confirmation confirmed 2 queen. They said the couch is a pull out and that was our only option. We used that but as all pull out couches it was very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep well.

The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was hot, plentiful and delicious. Plus right across the street from Dutch Wonderland.

I stayed a month ago and other than not having any soap in my room and being told there isn't any available in the hotel until Monday my family and I enjoyed the stay. The hotel is great but Orbitz and Marriott let me down by not giving me any way to cancel my reservation. Orbitz search defaults to the future and I was trying to reserve a room last month. I reserved but realized too late it was in the future and both companies referred me to each other to cancel and neither could "help" me. This review is for tonight but I'm at home Never using orbitz again and not very happy with Marriott.
