"I’m not sure where to begin. We did an overnight stay, and chose the 2bed suite with a jacuzzi tub. I was excited as a mother a business owner, it’s rare I get to actually relax and enjoy my time somewhere. I have injuries to my neck and back so I was very excited looking forward to the jacuzzi.
We had and have no issues with the staff, the lady who checked us in was very nice; the men handling the parking passes were also wonderful. The biggest issue is the unsanitary conditions of the most important kinds of spots that need to be sanitary .. such as the bath tubs .. and pool area.

"Breakfast has a wide variety of options. Staff are friendly and keep everything tidy and stocked. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping is available as requested. The pool was a little cold to me and there wasn’t a hot tub on site but I reserved a room with a jetted tub and that was great. The AC worked great in my room and overall it was quiet at night. There is a computer available to print tickets as needed. Nice place and close to all the fun. I would stay there again."

"The grounds were pretty, and then you get into the room and start to realize the room quality does not match the grounds quality. The shower looked like it had been leaking on both sides into the wall and the wall was soft and they had just painted over it instead of fixing it. In one day we saw a brown recluse and a centipede, so I’m not sure if they spray for bugs or not, but I’ve never had bugs in any other hotel/condo that I’ve stayed in.
