"The hotel is very walkable to Regua which made eating at the local restaurants and participating in wine tours easy. The hotel has incredible views. There was limited warm water and our first floor rooms had a faint odour. The bed mattresses could be better."

"Absolutely stunning property. Maria and Pedro welcomed us into their home and made us feel like family. Had delicious dinner and breakfast buffet served in their beautiful dining room. The entire working property is classic Portuguese Quninta living. Staff was amazing. Looking forward to staying there again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Lamego. "

Delightful three night stay
"We stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was on the 8th floor and was more a suite than a room. It comprised a king size bed, large couch, table for two and a bathroom. This room also had the added benefit of a private terrace/garden with river views. Quality of fitout was of a high standard and also included were robes and slippers. Additional facilities included in the room rate were three pools (and outdoor horizon pool, an indoor swimming pool and an indoor spa), sauna, steam room and a tennis court. In terms of dining there is a pool bar, another bar and a restaurant as well as room service. We ate at all four areas and the food was consistently good as was the service. We also had breakfast each day in the restaurant which had a good range of food and drink. The staff were exceptional and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Overall an amazing stay. "
