Amazing hotel and brand new with very friendly and helpful staff. It was quite season and they offered us a free upgrade. Fantastic views of the lake and the mountain in a very quite area and very close to most amenities. Tasty breakfast. Large swimming pool with very clean water which is still under reconstruction the pool bar area. Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer.

Sad is lovely boutique hotel near ioannina. It is very convenient to stay for day or two. Near to shopping park . We staying for few times and always friendly and nice

This is a gem of a place! Wonderful facilities, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely helpful. The only problem was finding the location! More explicit advance advice on where to enter the castle area and how then to find the property would have been very helpful and saved us having to contact the staff late at night (they were, however, exemplary!).

Amazing place for quiet and relaxing vacation. Near the beach and you can find many restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to everyone!

It was perfect. Everything was 10/10. The owner and his brother are really 9ne of a kind. They've made our stay unforgetable. Breakfast was delicious.

Helpful and friendly staff in a good area.

Lovely staff and quality breakfast... Olives lovely and great coffee I arrived late for work reasons and they were very helpful to use a delivery service to deliver to the hotel. Balcony had 2 chairs but no table. There was a pull cord plug pulled out of socket in bathroom to repair and easily fixed. Well done. Easy 10 minute walk to IOA airport so will definitely use again Peter
