A great hotel nothing was to much trouble safe underground parking, friendly helpful staff and a great host highly recommend.

Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer.

We were absolutely blown away from the moment we arrived. Parking at the hotel was easy, and we received the warmest of welcomes from Eleni. We travel extensively and stay in hotels all over the world, and I can honestly say her hospitality is among the very best we've experienced. Nothing was too much trouble. She checked us in, showed us a choice of rooms, helped with our bags, recommended where to park for free in town when we went out for dinner (a huge relief after a long day of...

Amazing hotel and brand new with very friendly and helpful staff. It was quite season and they offered us a free upgrade. Fantastic views of the lake and the mountain in a very quite area and very close to most amenities. Tasty breakfast. Large swimming pool with very clean water which is still under reconstruction the pool bar area. The room design is fabulous, the quality of the bed superb, the shower very hot and with proper power and overall great vibes inside the hotel. The staff also was...

It was perfect. Everything was 10/10. The owner and his brother are really 9ne of a kind. They've made our stay unforgetable. Breakfast was delicious.

This is a gem of a place! Wonderful facilities, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. The staff were extremely helpful. The only problem was finding the location! More explicit advance advice on where to enter the castle area and how then to find the property would have been very helpful and saved us having to contact the staff late at night (they were, however, exemplary!).

Great location inside the castle walls. Nice boutique hotel with helpful staff and tasty breakfast.

Great location, great staff and service Ioannina is a must visit location
