"Hotel lobby was under construction, but was looking very nice. The grounds outside were littered with trash and cigarette butts. The room was clean and smelled heavily of disinfectant. I stayed in a room the farthest from the freeway. It was extremely loud. My door did not shut properly, so hot air blew in, and the air conditioning stayed on almost constantly. The couch in the room was stained and looked as if a rodent had chewed on it. The TV got some channels, but a major portion had audio only!!! There’s also a confederate flag flying pretty close to the pool that was in the middle/side of the parking lot. "

"Room was clean. Hallways and parking lot also. I didn’t worry very much about a break in happening to my car. Calm quiet are just off the interstate. The air conditioning in the room was exceptional."

"Great stay been there twice. Don’t understand all the taxes on the final bill annd it isn’t calculated on the bill when booking it and why to stay at a property that quit expensive you need to pay for parking. All in all a great place and well located"

"My first room only had scalding hot water in the sink. Maintenance addressed it so it was tolerable. My AC unit was very loud and I woke up middle of the night to a horrible screeching noise from the unit. I had to turn up the AC but it still took an hour to resolve. I reported it the next day and the front desk staff moved me to a different room for my second night. Much bettter experience. Overall the rooms are showing wear and tear. "

"I have stayed here many times when visiting my daughter at Baylor. The rooms are big, clean, and the staff is friendly. There’s also a great steakhouse and bar in the hotel. I’ve never had a chance to swim in the pool, but the pool area looks amazing!"
