"Elevator had problem. Room on 4th floor. Could go up to 4th floor, but could not go down after door closed. Had to walk down stairs to ground floor or go to 3rd floor and get on elevator. Management did not offer any help or offer room on another floor. Will not staying at hotel again."

"Everything was top notch. The only comment might be having the breakfast offerings filled during the breakfast hours. If 4-5 people show up all at once many of the hot breakfast items become emptied and then you end up having to wait 10-15 minutes for some of those items to get replenished"

"Bathroom towels are absolutely terrible. Small, thin, worn out and not even very clean. They’re sort of grey, not white as they should be. Also bathtub is extremely slippery with no or at least worn out rubber anti slip pads inside."

"Overall the stay was what we needed. However the pictures of the hotel are not accurate. The pool is very run down looking, basketball court is not useable, and the staff were very rude and non helpful with questions. I will say the room was nice and clean which is what matters most."

"The staff were friendly and very helpful! The breakfast were nicely set out with many options, such as sausage, bacon, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, pastries and yogurt. There was also a pancake, making machine, although I have to say it wasn’t that impressive as the pancakes fell somewhat flat. Another thing was that they ran out of milk for several days. They had a nice bean to coffee machine for fresh caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee as well as hot water tea. One thing that stood out when we arrived was that the elevator was broken. We were placed on the second floor initially, but felt like it might be too noisy due to the room being right next to the freeway. We expressed willingness to go up to the third floor, and we were upgraded to a suite. For the time we were there, we got lots of exercise going up and downstairs! The fitness room was ok. Although there was a strange smell the first day, they cleaned it and it went away. The pool did not look suitable for use, and we did not use it any of the days. The beds were comfortable, and after being moved, we did not experience undue traffic noises. Overall, it was a comparatively pleasant stay."
