"Overall stay was amazing but the doors were not available for use, the hot tub had way too much chlorine in it that when you get in it will burn your eyes out! And parking fees are high but the rooms are really nice to be in. Also, they make you pay extra just to be able to have the amenities and extra for anything else inside ofcourse. The doors were locked after a certain time from the aqua garage but as I said overall stay was great. "

"Didn't get the room I reserved (2 months ago), which was 2 double beds. Instead gave me a king (for 2 adults and a child). What's the point of a reservation if they're just going to give my room away? Easter weekend, hotel full of young teenage girls, who instead of acting like young ladies, were running up and down the hallways like 6 year old boys, and throwing ice at each other until I had to call security."
