Fit our needs
Apartment #4. 3 bed rooms. Living area, Kitchen. 2 very small bathrooms. Pro: Fit our needs. Cons. Mildew smell as soon as you walk up to the apartment door. Very strong mildew smell in apartment. No fans in either bathroom. Unlabeled thermostate for heater for one bathroom on wall of other bathroom. Kitchen has 3 inch step up from the living area that is not well marked. One of the track light covers fell out - very hot. Coffee maker doesn't work.

Nice location, nowhere to take pets.
The apartment was nice inside and close to the heart of Lake Placid. There was very limited parking and nowhere to take your dogs out to.

Good location at a good price. But poorly furnished and decorated with many items out of working condition like light bulbs etc. Beds are not the most comfortable.

Never stay there again
Terrible when we got there our room we booked was taken. No Parking, Fell on icy walk way to building Shower was barely dripping water. Cooking stove dirty . This was not a hotel it was an apartment building I know I will never book on-line again with Expedia
