The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...

The property is around 20 mins walk from nearest station and it's difficult to get taxis or Uber especially late evening and night.

Amazing hotel with wonderful staff

Hotel was in an excellent location, the room and the whole hotel was squeaky-clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is from the early 1900 and beautiful renovated and has a lot of charm. Their park with large indoor and outdoor pool (connected) is a strong plus. We enjoyed our stay in a deluxe room on the second floor. The room was functional in modern design with a comfortable bed. Our room had a looked connection door and therefore we had to be careful with the TV volume to not disturb our neighbors. Overall, very positive, we will be back.

Fantastic Villa. Very Friendly staff who are also really helpful. Perfect for my 3 day business trip. Will try a better month for weather next trip.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great position for everything

Very peaceful and clean. The manager was very helpful

Very good view from the room with balcony

excellent location, easily walkable to the town centre along the lake side. Room was clean and comfortable, and parking simple and straightforward.

It was really pleasant stay...

We'll above the standard of other so call 4 star hotels in Italy. The rooms are modern and spotlessly clean. All the staff around the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. The bistro offers good value and tasty food, even if they are microwaved ready meals. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A really lovely stay at the ibis budget. A very short walk to the lake and a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lugano. Room was kept very clean and staff were friendly. Paradiso train station a 5 minute walk and bus stops nearby. Recommend the bakery/tea room round the corner!

Nice location and very clean
