As many other reviews have stated, the Shaded Crest is a real gem of a place with wonderful hosts.
The cabin was perfect for our stay both inside and out with the other facilities including the pool and spa which were welcome in very hot weather.
Everything was spotless and the hosts were not just very welcoming helpful but passed on some great advice for our onward travel.
The only downside is that we only had one night there!
As many other reviews have stated, the Shaded Crest is a real gem of a place with wonderful hosts.

We were staying in Hendersonville for a few days visiting friends and were recommended The Waverly. The hotel is homely with lots of character and the location is walking distance to the centre of town. The staff and owners were very welcoming and helpful and nothing was too much trouble, even a very late check-in! Breakfast was excellent (freshly cooked and plenty of choice) and evening drinks with fellow residents is a really nice touch. We would definitely go back.
