Very quiet relaxing hotel. Great for unwinding, though with no entertainment some may get bored. Lovely facilities. Great views over the lake. Very friendly reception staff.

Scrupulously clean and well maintained in a great location. Underground parking was a definite bonus in the hot weather. Excellent breakfast buffet spread. I only had 1 meal in the restaurant on an evening which unfortunately was quite disappointing, I was hoping that as a Thai branded hotel the Thai food would be superb, not the case on this occasion.

Beautiful property, fantastic grounds and gardens and the staff are amazing. We loved our few days staying here.

We upgraded our room from the original booked by Expedia. It was massively cheaper to upgrade at the hotel than the price quoted by Expedia! Large , very comfotable room with balcony providing incredible lake views.

This was a very comfortable stay. The hotel was well located and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was a bit hot - I was annoyed I didn't notice this before I couldn't be bothered to go and ask reception about it! But otherwise a fine comfortable good value stay.

Absolutely fantastic apartment in a Beautiful location, the rooms were cleaned daily to a very high standard, the staff were extremely helpful and always smiling! A great selection at breakfast especially the freshly made scrambled eggs. We popped down to the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food was lovely. Nothing at all negative to say!

What a gorgeous room! High spec and attention to detail throughout! The location is perfectly placed close to the funicular to the Citta Alta. Our host, Leila, was outstanding and helped us make recommendations for dinner at places that served amazing local dishes with great service. We highly recommend Ginevra rooms for those wanting to enjoy all Bergamo has to offer. A fantastic city! We will be back!

Great hotel in a perfect location

We chose Bergamo for a break simply because the old town - the Citta Alta - seemed so appealing. It is beautiful. If you are going to visit Bergamo there really isn't much point in choosing a hotel in the lower town - Citta Bassa - as everything you want to see is in the Citta Alta. This is an excellent hotel, an old building refurbished to a high standard with only 13 rooms. Our room was spacious, and kept spotlessly clean. Staff were helpful. cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in!!!! staff were super friendly and helpful! i’m a bit of a germaphobe haha and this is the first hotel i have felt comfortable in. room was quality for the price too, very nicely decorated. If I come back to Brescia I will always choose to stay here!

If you’re staying in this area then I thoroughly recommend this hotel. It’s clean, modern, the staff are very friendly and speak good English, and the breakfast is very nice. My room was spacious, and I didn’t see so much as a speck of dust.

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the funicular to the upper city (Citta Alta) and airport bus stops close to the hotel. Pleasant and comfortable rooms with refrigerator, tv, air conditioning, toiletries and slippers. Excellent buffet breakfast with an excellent choice of food. We found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. This was our second stay and we look forward to retuning again soon

Lovely location excellent staff and a pleasure to stay at. Great level of comfort, food is tasty not expensive and service was always with a smile. Fabulous for a few days relaxing break and ideal for touring the nearby lakes.peacefull

Location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices are plentiful. One window of the room only had a net curtain, slightly concerned but once I had found it had shutters outside, so leaning out and closing them every night made complete darkness. I can highly recommend this hotel for a stay, views are amazing.
