Horrible experience including below: - 1 time someone opened our room door with their master key thinking we have left the hotel while we were still in - On the last day of my stay, while we were sleeping with do not disturb sign on my door I had a loud knock on my door at around 6:30AM and when checked the guy standing at the door said I asked for service Very disorganised and bad experience, would not recommend to anyone"
