"Great for families. They had a cot set up ready on arrival, super cute bedding and a little teddy bear which my son was over the moon about. Very thoughtful with little touches like a baby bath ready if we needed it. Breakfast was great plus all the staff were so lovely, helpful and did what they could to help us with two little children. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great find in Arrowtown. Very private and quiet. Large very clean, warm and comfortable room, big bed with quality linen and furnishings..large warm bathroom..with separate deep soak tub..hot pressure shower..washer/dryer..nespresso machine with fresh milk, welcome cheese platter, wine and chocolate..home baked cookies ( to die for) and fruit left in lobby to help yourself..we asked for ice and large flask appeared at the door..breakfast was perfect. Fresh OJ, fresh barista coffee, eggs bacon...

"The property has a magnificent location and my room had a beautiful view, with many other quality additions. I Unfortunately did not enjoy several other aspects of my stay. I Specified and paid for a King size bed in my room and had two singles instead. The room servicing was below par for two days until I reluctantly mentioned it. The lifts are noisy to the point of being a worry (I was not alone in this issue with several other guests mentioning it. The service at the front desk was good...

"It was amazing! Millbrook Resort is picturistic and unbelievable comfortable! We stayed in the 2 bedroom Suite. Cozy, warm, spacious, practical! It has fully equipped kitchen and laundrary, very considerate for ski trip! Haven't mentioned the super friendly and professional staff that are always there for you. The shuttle bus to Arrowtown and Queenstown made your stay is as home. Everything is perfect! You must try the hot tub outside of the swimming pool, It is just on top of the world feeling!...
