I have not been to this area before. It is a beautiful area. Too bad this Hampton is not up to A Hilton Hampton's standards. Hilton really needs to put some money into this hotel. Also too bad that Expedia will reimburse you only if you don't check in. So, how do I know if the hotel & rooms are ok, if I don't check in? I would come back to this area. I will not stay at this hotel.

Staff was amazing, pool was great! The room was a little dirty, used floss stick on the floor when we walked in, pulled out the sofa bed and sheets had what looked like crumbs, and shower had dead bugs. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 is because we really did enjoy our stay. The pool was great, front desk stack was amazing, I didn’t get her name: long hair, glasses, just made everything else fade and would absolutely return for another stay because of her!

The property was fine. It was the lack of flexibility regarding room changes only because it was an Expedia booking which was frustrating. There were four other rooms available on the quiet side of hotel but we could not have one.

Such a great location. Close to London Bridge, but just far enough away to avoid the congestion. The breakfast each morning was delicious. Hot coffee and tea was available 24/7. The only downside was that hard mattress.

There was an issue with another family walking into our room, they were given keys to our room by mistake. Not a pleasant experience when we were all asleep.

Upon check in we were assigned a room when to the room the room hadn’t been cleaned. Went back down to the checkin she apologized. She assigned us a new room when we got to the room it was a king room in which we didn’t want. We paid more money to have a room with 2 queen beds. Didn’t want to spend our time in the check in line so we just decided to deal with the king room.

Kimberly at the front desk on Saturday evening 2/10 was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she so polite and professional to everyone she encountered, she helped me out tremendously. Above and beyond! She’s a gem! Room and breakfast area were very clean and presentation was spot on. Great place to stay!

Don’t stay here
The bed was not made properly, the bottom sheet immediately came up. I really didn’t need to see the yellow stain on the mattress The toilet ran. ALOT The faucet in the shower rotated so it has the potential to water the floor thoroughly There were dead flying insects on the corner shelves in the shower. The shower curtain rod was not properly attached. The sliding “door for the bathroom and closet was hard to move, made a horrible racked and would not stay where you placed it Because I did not book directly with that locationsthe staff member said there was nothing they could do. Really, it is someone else’s responsibility to maintain the room? For the money spent this was the worst experience money could buy. We will never return.

I loved staying here!!!! Its always a clean room, convenient location, quiet area, and wonderful staff. The bed is so comfortable and the amenities are excellent, parking was easy and close. Breakfast is available and they have a good variety of options and its included in the price. I love staying at The Hampton, its consistently amazing no matter what location I am at.
