"First time here normally stay at Casino Hotel but was very satisfied. Your staff were excellent especially Connor at the Front Desk . Breakfast was excellent . Only criticism is get a 4 wheel drive vehicle for shuttle . Driver was great but had to maneuver in the snow . Overall rating 0 out of 10. "

"Really loved that it was walkable to the Roosevelt bath for a massage. Also, they have a free shuttle that will take you into town on Broadway however, if you drive, it is literally 10 minutes away."

"Great hotel for all! Walkable to town, for stores, restaurants etc etc. During horse racing season a free trolley bus service from the hotel to the race track is a great bonus! Also during race season, a bistro for evening dining, indoors or outdoors! Champagne on arrival, small indoor swim pool, and outdoor fire pits all added to our hotel fun!"

"This hotel is within walking distance of almost every place we wanted to visit -Fort William Henry, Steamboat cruises, MiniPutt, beautiful park and playground, shops, and restaurants. There were lots of places to sit and gaze at Lake George - some sunny, some shady, and some protected from rain."
