"The best area is the new adults only whirlpool and panoramic sauna which has been built in thr last 2 years. This is more in line with the facilities at lefay dolomiti. The other main sauna and hammam areas probably need a refurbishment. They seem either too hot so cant stay in them long or not hot enough and there are no benches just individual seats in a circular way which means you are facing other people and cant lay down. "This is a wonderful property on Lake Garda, with a very nice garden, walking grounds, private dock, within very easy walking distance to the old town. Rooms are nice. We had an older room from the original villa. Breakfast offering is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
