"Excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. Less than a km walk to the dunes from the property (it’s at the edge). You can get a great sunrise view from the hotel front entrance and the terrace plus swimming pool area. Staff were super nice and always received us with smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Riad/hotel like experience instead of a tent within the desert . "

There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner.
