"Staff somewhat aloof. Not sure what their roles were. One person spoke English. Difficult to communicate requests. The other staff were a bit stand offish, never engaging or smiling. Made for a bit of discomfort. I don't think the rooms/tent are hardly ever cleaned out. Bottled water in the tents on arrival were never replaced after the first day. "This place was amazing. From the time they met us prior to our camel ride till the 4x4 dropped us back off the next morning we couldn't have been treated better. The camp was beautiful. Even more impressive than the photos! and the staff was very professional and attended to our every need! I would highly recommend a stay with Horaz."
