Holiday Inn Express & Suites N Waco Area - West by IHG
Room was clean, breakfast was good. However, we arrived 1 hr early and asked if we could get into our room and the clerk said “yes, for $45 we’ll let you in early”. Not great customer service!

Very disappointed in this rental company. We didn’t stay. A surprise visit from our daughter and she wanted to join us in Waco to see her brother play. So 4 days out we asked to cancel because the space could not accommodate a third person. We were ignored by the property owner but 2 other management ...
